Skin Longevity,
From the Inside Out.

I'm a board certified dermatologist and longevity medicine physician, grounded in the belief that skin health is a downstream signal of whole body health, not a separate category.

Skin is not separate from the rest of you.

True skin longevity comes from understanding and supporting the biology that drives how you age.

The Thesis

Skin reflects overall health. Hormones, inflammation, and metabolic status show up on the skin.

The Evidence

Every ingredient, treatment, and claim gets sorted: Proven, Promising, or Premature. Science comes before recommendations.

The Protocol

What to actually prioritize, in what order, and why: translated from research into a plan a patient can follow.

The Physician

Treats what's going on deeper, not just what's visible in the mirror.

Speaking & Media

Bringing a deeper perspective to the conversation around dermatology, longevity, and regenerative aesthetics.

I speak at the intersection of science, medicine, and the future of aging well.

About Dr. Amanda Hill

I'm a board certified dermatologist and longevity medicine physician, Stanford trained and a Fellow of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Before founding RENEW: Longevity and Regenerative Aesthetics in Shelby Twp, MI, I spent nearly a decade as a Flight Surgeon and dermatologist in the U.S. Air Force.

My clinical philosophy is simple: optimize the patient, then regenerate the tissue. I focus on the hallmarks of aging and use regenerative aesthetics to rebuild collagen, restore structure, and extend skin health from the inside out.

Here's what years of clinical practice taught me: the way your skin ages is not a surface problem. It's a reflection of your internal biology. Hormones, metabolic health, inflammation, body composition. These drive the visible changes we so often try to treat from the outside in. When a patient comes in for filler, what she frequently needs first is a hormone conversation.

That insight became my clinical philosophy: optimize the patient, then regenerate the tissue. I prioritize regenerative aesthetics and biostimulators that work with your own biology to rebuild collagen and restore structure, rather than simply filling a line. I care less about chasing “anti-aging” and more about extending “Skinspan,” a term coined by Dr. Saranya Wyles and colleagues at Mayo Clinic: the years your skin stays healthy, resilient, and functional.

I built my practice on a belief that patients deserve more than a symptom based checklist. You deserve to understand your own biology well enough to make informed decisions about it. That means honest science, clear caveats when the evidence is still emerging, and a whole body approach that treats your skin as the organ it is.

As a physician, wife, and a mom of four, I'm building this work in real time, and I share most of it openly. My aim is to change how men and women think about skin, aging, and health from the inside out.

Beyond my practice, I speak at national medical and industry conferences, advise companies shaping the future of regenerative aesthetics and longevity, and educate fellow physicians on the science of skin longevity. This work lets me push the conversation forward at the level where standards of care are set.

If that resonates, you're in the right place.
